Given the nature of our products, it is not possible to return a product; all our sales are final. If you have a particular problem with a product, please contact us at info@saponaria.ca. We do not exchange or refund products that are not faulty. We do not take back products for reasons of taste, change of mind, allergies or other personal reasons. If you have made a mistake on the shipping addressIf you have just placed your order, send us a message at info@saponaria.ca to inform us of the error. If your order has not yet shipped and we will do our best to correct the shipping address before your order ships, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been confirmed. If your order has been shipped, you will need to contact the shipping company and ask them to update the address. When an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, the delivery company will charge us again for the full price of returning the order to our workshop. In order to reship your order again, we will be obliged to charge you the full cost of the associated transport (i.e. return and reshipment). The order will not be refunded if you decide to cancel. Order cancellationWe charge little or no shipping costs, but the reality is that it costs more than $15 to return an order in a central city, let alone a suburb. For this reason, we don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless it's due to a defect or error on our part. If this is the case, please contact us at info@saponaria.ca with a photo of the problem. No cancellations are allowed on shipped items.
Most of the time our orders are shipped within 2 working days. In the event of a production shortage, a lead time of 3 working days must be allowed.
